WHO WE ARE

In the heart of the rural Mvulazi Area, Nongoma, KZN, is The Message CFCI. Pastor BG Mthethwa, after completing his Bachelors in Ministry at the CFCI Johannesburg Main Campus, was commissioned by Apostle Theo to plant the church. Through the guidance and support of CFC, Pastor BG was able to bring God’s vision for His people to life.

The first service was held on the 23rd July 2017 followed by the official opening of the church on the 30th July, in the garage of his then partially completed residence. Later that year, the church was blessed with a SNAP church building, which was a collaborative effort between CFC Johannesburg and Judea Harvest. Construction of the structure commenced in December 2017 and in January 2018 the building was dedicated, and the church moved to its own premises.

The Message CFCI aims to holistically transform the world, one community at a time, to God’s glory through spiritual, psychological, financial as well as social development and empowerment. To win souls, disciple them into full maturity in Christ and equip them to realise and pursue the individual call that God has for their lives.

OUR LEADERS

In 2019, Ps BG Mthethwa met his beautiful wife, Ps Chanté who now leads and serves the congregation of The Message CFCI alongside him. Their Godly marriage has been a pillar of strength for the church and with their addition of their children, the church continues to grow.

Ps BG and Ps Chanté both play vitally important roles within the community. With Ps BG channelling the church towards fulfilling its vision and Ps Chanté ensuring the children and welfare are well taken care of, although in a small community, there is much to be done…
